In a world
where magic
is as only as magical
as the idea
that surrounds it,
He surrounded
us with it.
He laughed and
smiled
As
we laughed and smiled
at the silliness of it,
As
we began to watch
impossibility
morph
into a possibility
that could never
have been written
in the fairy-tales
we laughed
and smiled at.
As
we began to watch
fantasy
morph
into reality.
A reality that
transcended all boundaries
of imagination
Before its evaporation
morphed
into his extinction.
Reminding us
That
there is no magic,
there is no fairy-tale,
there is no descent into
sunsets
;
There are only fragments
of reality
that seldom escape
the boundaries of our own
Before
reminding us
that
this is our reality,
A
reality
that
is as only as magical
as the idea
that surrounds it.
